to the point he threw a bass away from him and changed for another during a song! ?Īnyway, all accounted, best concert in a quite long time and in a couple of weeks there will be another one at Folken again, from which I expect a lot too. unfortunately, about the sound, they got some problems with the bass amplifiers and even Bent Sæther got a bit nervous about the problems. It was really a long time since I had been to such a good concert with this band and it was a great emotions to listen again to their extremely good technique and sounds.
but anyway I did not have much time for pictures: the show was amazing, with a great mix between old pieces and new songs. so the pic I took was a bit stolen and it is quite bad. better, from Svartlamon, a very special area in Trondheim. Konzertjunkie is proudly powered by WordPress.Friday evening I went to a great concert at Folken here in Stavanger: Motorpsycho live, a great band from Trondheim. And well… by now I speak Norwegian fluently, a lot of my favorite bands come from Norway, and in 2014, I moved. And with Norway, a country that I never really cared about – until I fell in love with a band from that country. Most entries there deal with music and concerts as well. Of course there’s a lot more information about me in my blog. If you want to get an impression of what kind of music I like, just take a look at the list of my concerts. And followed up by looooots of other bands. The top three bands are probably Kaizers Orchestra, Skambankt, and Die Ärzte – at varying positions. Songkick is the first to know of new tour announcements and concert information, so if your favorite artists are not currently on tour, join Songkick to track Kaizers Orchestra and get concert alerts when they play near you, like 27867 other Kaizers Orchestra fans. I won’t start to enumerate my favorite bands here, otherwise I couldn’t stop. Unfortunately there are no concert dates for Kaizers Orchestra scheduled in 2021. But when you get to see pictures of “your” band, the quality is not always the most important factor, or is it? ? I love it if some pictures turn out really nice, but often, I have to content myself with photos that are more like so-so. But I have to admit that I’m not a photographer, and I don’t have any ambitions to become one. Could you imagine a nicer hobby than this? I can’t.Īnd this is what this website is about: concerts, festivals, music! The main focus is on concert and festival reports, and of course there are also some photos to go along with that. Not because I want to visit as many concerts as possible or be “the best fan”, but simply because it is great fun. On average, I visit about one concert per week. So by now you have to expect that I don’t respond when you call me “Ruth” at a concert… ? But I noticed that way too late, and by then, I had gotten used to it. And yes, it was a stupid idea to come up with a nickname – this only gives you trouble. Kaizers Orchestra (Folken - Stavanger) Kaizers Orchestra (Peace And Love 2008) Kaizers Orchestra (Hultsfredsfestivalen 2006). At concerts and on the internet, hardly anybody knows me by my real name, but rather by my nickname Susi S. However, they were known well in the area around Stavanger in Norway, having played as the local band Blod, sntt & juling, and one of the songs they wrote. And proud to be a concert junkie!Īnd who am I? Well: Ruth Fuchss, born in ’79.
